Southampton vs Sheffield United – 1×2 & Total – Southampton & Under 4.5 @ 1.88

The Saints have been surprisingly strong so far this season, with European football on the cards if they can continue this rich vein of form. They host a Sheffield United side this weekend that could define the phrase ‘out of sorts’. Chris Wilder and his charges have struggled to make any inroads this season and are rock bottom of the table with relegation looming. They will need to take as many points as possible from here on out if they are any chance and knowing the Blades’ gaffer, no stone will be left unturned. But the Saints and Ralph Hasenhuttl should be too strong in a game where goals will be hard to come by. 1 unit on this one.

Seattle Sounders vs Columbus Crew – Over 2.5 Goals & Both Teams to Score – Yes @ 2.06

The MLS Cup takes place this weekend with one of Seattle or Columbus to be crowned champions of America. The MLS has been a very hard competition to gauge this season but there is one constant factor between both these teams. They love to score. The Crew have scored in every game for the past two months and before then, you’d have to look back another month before their last scoreless effort. The Sounders have also very rarely gone scoreless in games with only two clean sheets for their opponents in the last several months. Although picking a winner here will be difficult, trust the stats and go with this great value. 1 unit again.

Arsenal vs Burnley – Asian Handicap – Arsenal -1 @ 1.94

There’s not much to say about Arsenal’s season – stuck in 15th position and their worst start to a season in 39 years. However, they’re still seven points and three spots above Burnley, who have been poor in their own right. Arsenal’s poor start to the season sees them start this game at home with some extreme value. This is a must-win to say the least, and it is the type of fixture that will get their season somewhat back on track, at least for the week. They have won 11/12 against Burnley, and absolutely need to win. It’s as simple as that. At home, against a poor side, I can see weeks and weeks of frustration being taken out on a vulnerable Burnley. 1.94 seems overs for Arsenal at the handicap. 1 unit here.

Manchester United FC vs Manchester City FC – Double Chance – Manchester United or Draw @ 2.12 & Anytime Goalscorer – Bruno Fernandes @ 3.50

Manchester United have been up and down this season, but so have City. United are unstoppable away from home in the league, and we’re hoping that they can pull some of that away form back to Old Trafford. The Red Devils, Ole, and some of his players have proven to perform better in big games at times in the past couple of years. Plus, they have Bruno. Bruno, the ultimate FPL Captain. If you didn’t put him into your team at the very least, you should – and you should give him the armband. He takes pens, sometimes corners, sometimes free kicks, and scores worldies when he is in the mood. He also gets points for clean sheets and consistently racks up Bonus Points. Ole’s men have a habit of showing up when spirits are low, and the match immediately after dropping out of the Champions League fits that narrative. Double Chance in the multi. 2 Units on each.

Leeds United vs West Ham – 1×2 & Both Teams To Score – Draw & Yes @ 4.00

Both Leeds and West Ham will be looking to bounce back from 3-1 defeats in their last outings against Chelsea & Man Utd respectively. The Hammers will have felt a touch hard done by after dominating the first half at Old Trafford and going one nil up, only for a contentious United equaliser where the ball looked like it may have gone out of play in the build up. Leeds on the other hand put up a spirited first half display but ultimately succumbed to a very strong Chelsea side. The Whites go into this one with a bit of a defensive crisis on their hands, with German International Robin Koch ruled out for three months after being injured at Stamford Bridge and his replacement Diego Llorente also unavailable. Full back Luke Ayling will slot in at centre back, with utility man Stuart Dallas moving to right back. This also see’s creative midfielder Rodrigo restored to the side, and with Patrick Bamford currently second to only to Erling Haaland in goals scored from open play this season in Europe, Leeds will fancy grabbing goals in this one. However, due to the aforementioned defensive issues Leeds have, West Ham will also fancy their chances of scoring, with Bowen, Soucek, Fornels and Benhrama (who could make his first start) all capable of finding the net from midfield. They’ve already held Spurs and Man City to draws this season, and if they can match Leeds high intensity we think they’ll be good enough to get something in this one in a match that should have a few goals in it. Back the draw and both teams to score at 4.00. 1 unit here.

NBA Preseason – Chicago Bulls vs. Houston Rockets – Winner (incl. Overtime) – Chicago Bulls @ 1.94

The NBA is back, and we couldn’t be more excited. It’s just preseason of course, but that’s no reason for us to shy away from a good bet when we see it. In the first round of fixtures on 11 December, we’re keen on the contest between a young Chicago outfit and the deteriorating Rockets. Somehow, the Bulls are treated as the underdog team here. They’ve kept their young core intact with plenty of scoring coming from Zach LaVine, Coby White and Lauri Markkanen. They’ve added rookie Pat Williams to give them a gritty defensive presence on the wing and retained Wendell Carter in the paint for rim protection. Here, they come up against a Rockets squad that has just traded away Russell Westbrook for John Wall – who will play his first game in almost two years following debilitating injuries. James Harden is unable to play due to COVID protocols, leaving Houston with a rabble of role-players such as Eric Gordon and Christian Wood to work with. We don’t see this Rockets team overcoming a Bulls unit with a new head coach and a point to prove. 1 unit here.

Dota2 – Virtus.pro vs Vikin.gg – Total Maps Over 2.5 @ 2.00

One important thing to note here is that the lineup of Virtus.pro is really just that of their previous junior team VP.Prodigy. Looking at the history of these two rosters in 2020, VP.Prodigy looks to have the upper hand beating Vikin.gg twice back in April, one of which was in a best of 5 finals. Their most recent matchup however, went in favour of Vikin.gg but was a closely contested one ending with a map score of 1-2. Virtus.pro looks poised to take this series after defeating titans like Team Secret and Alliance, but of all the times Vikin.gg and the roster of VP.Prodigy met this year, not one team was able to sweep the other. I trust Vikin.gg to take at least one map even if they go on to lose the series and I don’t see Virtus.pro losing 0-2 either. 1 unit here.

UFC 256 – Tony Ferguson vs Charles Oliveira – Winner – Ferguson @ 1.58 & Asian Total – Over 2.5 @ 2.30

There is no doubt that Ferguson is the better fighter. At 36, his best days may be behind him, but he has had more than six months off to recover, train, and come back ready. After losing in the 5th round to Justin Gaethje, one of the most explosive and entertaining fights in the division, El Cucuy has a point to prove, and will be keen to finish this early, but we’re expecting a clinical decision victory. There’s a chance that this fight could be called off, as there is speculation that Oliveira could turn up a few lbs overweight, but we’re hopeful to see these two similar fighters go head to head. Charles Oliveira is the all time leader in submissions, so look out for an upset if this fight gets to ground. It will look like Tony Ferguson vs Super Saiyan Tony Ferguson, don’t get confused – one has black hair, one has blonde. Winner in the multi. 2 Units on Each.

UFC 256 – Deiveson Figueiredo vs Brandon Moreno – Winning Method – Figueiredo by KO/TKO @ 2.19 & Asian Total – Under 2.5 @ 1.78

Deiveson Figueiredo, Deus da Guerra, is 3-0 in 2020, last out less than a month ago on the 22nd of November. This is the quickest turnaround title defence in UFC history. This man is a machine, finishing all three of his 2020 fights in the first round. In the opposite corner, Brandon “The Assassin Baby” Moreno, has won both of his 2020 fights, with a decision Victory in March and a first round TKO over Brandon Royval, also on the 22nd of November, in the Brandon Derby. Don’t look away, because we’re tipping Figueiredo to finish this one quickly. Asian Total in the multi. 2 Units on Each.

San Francisco 49ers vs Washington Football Team – Winner (Incl. Overtime) – Washington Football Team @ 2.50

After downing the Pittsburgh Steelers and putting the first blemish on their 2020 record, we cannot discount the potential this team has as we inch closer to the end of the season. Even more impressive in the victory was their Running Back talisman Antonio Gibson exiting after just 2 carries. It’s not like the 49ers are going to have more rest than they are either, and they’re dealing with their own problems after suffering a decisive loss at the hands of the Bills and losing their home-field advantage having to play in neutral Arizona because of Cali’s Covid restrictions. It’s Washington’s defence why we’re thinking this 2.5 is a great bet; it’s been exceptional this season, often turning worrisome opponents into middling concerns, forcing the D.C. offense to either win or lose the game. With how Alex Smith has been playing, though, the Football Team is in a good place heading into Week 14. The 49ers are certainly capable of coming out on top, as they have at least a handful of times this season. Unfortunately, injuries and inconsistent play have often done them in. That’ll likely be the case again in Week 14, giving Washington the golden opportunity to keep up with the Giants in the race for the NFC East crown.
